General Rental Information

-Weeks are generally from Saturday, checking in at 4:00pm,
to Saturday, checking out at 10:00am, to allow time for cleaning and maintenance. -A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold
all reservations.
-Your $150.00 cleaning fee includes clean linens and general
housekeeping after you leave making it easier to enjoy every day at Sodus Point including the first and the last ones.
-Your damage deposit will be returned by mail following inspection. -Please... there is no smoking allowed inside the cottage.
